Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

- Liquid products that have been unsealed (hand wash, cleaners)
- Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Wait for approval and return instructions
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

- In some cases, store credit may be offered
Exchange Policy

Shipping Costs
